Playing mini Golf is much older than you think. The very first mini-Golf course was built back in 1867 at the Ladies ‘ club of St Andrews. At that time, not many ladies could safely make Golf pitches. An experimental mini-Golf Playground was created for them.

It would seem that everything that could surprise the architects in terms of original projects of Golf courses, has already surprised. In the most unexpected corners of the world, the places chosen as the territory for the game are found. The imagination has nowhere to go. However, enterprising developers in search of an answer to the question ” where else were there no fields?”, came to the original conclusion- “on the water”.
So, in the Maldives, in the Indian ocean, by 2015, it is planned to build the first ever Golf course on the water. Continue reading
